Ayurvedic Yoga and Cooking

The program comprises body type diagnose according to ayurveda by self-questionnaire, interview, tongue and pulse check. Introduction lessons about yoga and ayurveda. Morning and afternoon yoga sessions, full-body ayurvedic massage and life style consultation on exercise and diet. Morning session will consist of pranayama (breating exercises), meditation, pawanmuktasana warming up series and asanas (yoga postures). Evening session will be more individualised according to your body type to balance your increased constitution.

Two evening meals will be cooked altogether according to ayurvedic principles.    Maximum 7 people.  Shared accomodation, open buffet breakfast, the tuition and two evening meals are included in the price.
