Chi Kung, is a collective name of the several practices which are done to develop the bio-electrical energy of our body called Chi. It takes a very importance place in Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture which is applied by the modern medicine on a regular basis is based on Chi Kung. What Chi Kung means for Chinese is exactly same with what yoga means for Indians! As it’s got a very long history up to several thousands of years, it’s got thousands of different styles. But it’s not possible to say that all work for modern people now. Chinese Yoga comprises the benefits of medical Chi Kung and Yoga together. Especially and specifically, it will focus on the orthopedy of the spine and work on developing the health of the spine. Spine Chi Kung, works all the chakras in a movement of DNA spiral, comprises the most essential and important inner energy development methods, it’s a meditative and comforting exercise form, comprises breathing practice, it works not only three parts of the spine but 33 pieces of it quite effectively, it strenghtens the inner smaller muscles rather than the outer bigger muscles, gives spaces between the vertebraes to ease the pressure between the discs, it’s very effective to prevent orthopedical and posture problems as well as healing and correcting them, it doesn’t involve any risk. In this workshop, the goal is for the participant not only a good work-out but an opportunity to use his/her body in a correct way in daily life. In other words installing a driver in the body of the participant and enable them to correct their posture without any interference outside. |
