
We intentionally leave weeks free during the summer when we are simply open as a Holistic Bed & Breakfast, with the same great food, regular Yoga sessions, and the use of the terrace and platform for your own practice. If you would like to stray further afield, we also arrange boat trips, walks and picnics.

We run a variety of courses and retreats throughout the year, from the cleansing and calming, to the profound and
sensual.
Immersed in the rich landscape around us, we use powerful practices from yoga, tai chi, and tantra, to help you reconnect with your body, stand back from your life, and give you tools to carry new energy and purpose back into your daily
routine.
