Hatha Yoga and Active Meditations for All Levels: This yoga and meditation holiday program comprises of two sessions of work, a yoga session in the morning which covers pranayama, meditation, Pawanmaktasana warming up series and asanas followed by a short but deep relaxation and in the evenings one active meditation will be experienced chosen amongst the meditations that Osho has developed for the health of modern man’s mind. The practices which will be done are suitable for all levels of yoga and meditation practitioners. The style of Hatha yoga which is taught is an ecclectic style of various traditions like Sivananda, Iyengar and Vinyasa. All the active meditations are done with a specific music.
