Seda Kervanoglu & Fevzi Çikikci Yoga and Walking


A relaxed week mixing daily yoga sessions with nature walks leading to meditations in empty hills, isolated bays and beaches. If you’ve missed nature and are looking for a break from your routine to connect with yourself and nature, this is a right program for you. It comprises 4 full days guided walk to different destinations in various hardness, one day boat trip to surrounding bays to swim and a day off to explore the town.

Daily Routine:

  • 7:00-8:30 Morning yoga

  • 10:00 Leave for the day’s destination – walk and swim
  • 17:00 Back home to rest and refresh

Seda Kervanoglu & Hatun Çelebi Yoga / Active Meditations for All Levels and Laughing Yoga Workshop


This yoga holiday comprises of one yoga session every morning before breakfast and one active meditation session in the evening before dinner. Level of yoga accomodates all levels and style is an ecclectic Hatha Yoga influenced by Sivananda, Vinyasa and Iyengar traditions. A variety of active meditations will be introduced every session influenced by Osho meditations. Last two days of the week will be lead by Hatun Celebi. Laughing Yoga practice will comprise warm-up exercises, active meditations and laughing yoga.

Seda Kervanoglu Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners : Exploring Variations of Surya Namaskar


This program is a good introduction for beginners of Vinyasa Yoga or Hatha Yoga in general. The principles of Vinyasa Yoga and a variety of sequences will be covered and explored in every morning session and afternoon sessions. Sessions will last for about 75 minutes. Morning sessions will include some breathing practice and chanting. It'll be a good opportunity to explore different variations of Sun Salutations. All sessions will end with a deep relaxation.

Seda Kervanoglu Ayurvedic Yoga and Cooking

The program comprises body type diagnose according to ayurveda by self-questionnaire, interview, tongue and pulse check. Introduction lessons about yoga and ayurveda. Morning and afternoon yoga sessions, full-body ayurvedic massage and life style consultation on exercise and diet. Evening meals will be cooked altogether according to ayurvedic principles.    Maximum 7 people
