Alison Pilling Yoga and life coaching

A yoga holiday gives us a breathing space to rest and reconnect with ourselves. The daily physical practice of yoga and meditation helps us inhabit our bodies again and still our minds. If you’re at a stage in life where you’d like to make developments, plan for the future or just increase your self-awareness of what’s really important to you, this week’s introduction to life coaching will allow us time to take stock. As well as quieten our minds we can use our minds intelligence to understand where our lives may be in need of balance, give us a greater awareness of our values and begin to take steps for a more fulfilling future, lived in accordance with those values. Life coaching focuses on what you want and it assumes you’re open to exploring possibilities and you have the answers to how to achieve your desires. We’ll have fun doing it, interesting conversations and all this while making the most of the beautiful setting Datca has to offer. Seda will lead the yoga and Alison the coaching in group and individual sessions. Alison has practised yoga for 10 years and been involved in coaching more recently. For Alison taking up yoga was the beginning of the path.... of changing from a stressful job with all the attendant benefits to finding a more fulfilling life-work balance..along that path has been an increasing self awareness using counselling, meditation, coaching and the joys of a mid life crisis, all of these presenting opportunities for growth and development. Alison is interested in how yoga can support the rest of our lives off the mat and give us the stability, energy and insight to go out and deal with our everyday lives with confidence and empathy. Yoga classes will take place before breakfast every morning and individual life coaching sessions will be done by appointment system throughout the day and evening times allocated.

Seda Kervanoglu & Fevzi Çikikci Yoga and Nature Walks


A relaxed week mixing daily yoga sessions with nature walks leading to meditations in empty hills, isolated bays and beaches. If you’ve missed nature and are looking for a break from your routine to connect with yourself and nature, this is a right program for you. It comprises 4 full days guided walk to different destinations in various hardness, one day boat trip to surrounding bays to swim and a day off to explore the town.

Daily Routine:

  • 7:00-8:30 Morning yoga
  • 8:30 Breakfast
  • 10:00 Leave for the day’s destination – walk and swim
  • 17:00 Back home to rest and refresh
  • 19:00 Dinner

19th– 25th October
Seda Kervanoglu Yoga and Active Meditation for All Levels

This yoga holiday comprises of one yoga sessions in the morning and one active meditation session in the evening. Level of yoga accomodates all levels and style is an ecclectic Hatha Yoga influenced by Sivananda, Vinyasa and Iyengar traditions. A variety of active meditations will be introduced every session influenced by Osho meditations.
