Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Liberate the Prana

A vinyasa flow experience based on the teachings of world renowned master teacher Shiva Rea.

Prana is the life force of creation living and flowing in each of us. Physical and mental health are dependent upon the balanced flow of prana. This natural flow is usually disturbed by the blocks in the body and the mind yielding disconnetion from our soul, nature and joy of life.Through this six day vinyasa experience, we will  connect with our own creative flow and and explore our bodies with her leadership. By daily themes, we will touch the possible blocks and restrictions in our bodies. Twice daily vinyasa practices (sadhanas) ranging from restorative to dynamic, will be journeys of creative flow and breath.By the wave sequencing method, fluid and circular namaskars, chakra series created by Shiva Rea, we will explore the fluidity in our bodies, tune in with the circular energy of the universe and liberate a balanced prana flow. Sadhanas which are available for all levels, also include music, dans, chanting, joy and movement meditations.

This retreat is suitable for everyone who wants to meet Prana.

7:00-8:30 Morning sadhana

9:00- .... Breakfast

...-18:00 Free (you can explore heavenly beaches of Datca penninsula, just lie down and rest or enjoy ayurvedic and massage therapies offered by Surya Yoga – seperate pricing)

18:00 – 19:30 Evening sadhana

20:00 - .... Dinner

Balancing Yin Yoga practice and and two Q&A sessions are included.

About me: My journey of yoga has started by reading and having theoretical knowledge about it. From the greatest yoga works to internet blogs, I have read many things. Just after I found the pulse to move and start doing yoga, all the information in my mind turned into a light in my heart. And just after I touched prana and tuned my body into the flows of life, I began living yoga.

I got my first teacher training in Turkey followed by many trainings and workshops from world renowned teachers. For the last two years I am studying with Shiva Rea through her unique style of Prana Flow Yoga. Being a part of Shiva Rea’s Samudra Global School of Yoga Global Vinyasa Collective, I am learning, exploring and guiding.

What is Prana Flow Yoga... Dependent on classical knowledge but innovative; dynamic but meditative, fluid but in alignment, strong but graceful... Intelligent with step by step exploring technique and full of endless possibilities with creative wave sequencing... Focused on own body dynamics and full of joy of flowing together with community... With its energetic movement and mantra meditations and whole body wellness approach, it is very rich and open to synthesis... A strong and fun way to reach our own teacher... For Shiva Rea, it is a poetry deepen the flow transforming old patterns of body and mind...
