Yoga for Your Body Type course
comprises and Ayurvedic body type diagnosis and
consultation accordingly on life style, diet and exercise. Two yoga sessions
will be held one before breakfast and one before dinner. Morning session will
consist of pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, pawanmuktasana warming
up series and asanas (yoga postures). Evening session will be more
individualised according to your body type to balance your increased
constitution.
Shared accomodation in an en-suite twin room, open buffet breakfast, ayurvedic diagnosis, consultation, all yoga sessions and two vegetarian dinners.
